Kindergarten Photography Terms & Conditions

Studio Z Photography will provide candid, documentary-style photography of children within the kindergarten setting.
All photography will occur within classrooms or outdoor play spaces, under teacher supervision.
Children will not be taken away individually for photographs, and the photographer will never be left alone with children.
Photographers hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and comply with the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
Photographs will be stored securely and delivered via password-protected galleries for parents to view and purchase.
Studio Z Photography will not share images publicly without the parent’s or legal guardian’s written authorisation.
While every effort will be made to produce high-quality images, Studio Z Photography is not liable for situations outside its control (e.g. a child refusing to participate).
Liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, is limited to the amount paid for the photography session.
Studio Z Photography cannot be held responsible if a parent registers after the cut-off date and their child misses out on being photographed.

Kindergarten’s and Parents’ Responsibility

The kindergarten must ensure all families are informed of the photo day schedule and registration process.
Parents must register and provide consent (or non-consent) for their children to participate in photo day activities.
The kindergarten must provide a staff member to accompany the photographer at all times while the photographer is on the premises.
Kindergarten staff are responsible for ensuring that children’s faces are clean, so photographers can minimise physical contact with children.
If a session must be cancelled due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
By engaging Studio Z Photography, the kindergarten acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
