TWO PACKAGE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:

OPTION 1: The $190 Package. Here's What It Includes:

- 10-minute photography session for your family (Immediate family only, pets weekday bookings only).

- Choose between the light backdrop or the dark backdrop. 

- Online gallery of 5-10 edited photos to select from. 

- Three high-resolution photos of your choice (digital download). 

- One customised digital Christmas card suitable for emailing and social media.

OPTION 2: The $270 Package. Here's What It Includes:

- 20-minute photography session for your family (Immediate family only, pets weekday bookings only).

- Photos on both the light backdrop and the dark backdrop. (Or we can stick to just your favourite backdrop if you like.)

- Online gallery of 10-20 edited photos to select from. 

- Five high-resolution photos of your choice (digital download). 

- One customised digital Christmas card in high-resolution suitable for printing.

- Same customised digital Christmas card suitable for emailing and social media.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, but only on weekdays. Weekends tend to be packed with back to back sessions, whereas weekdays are less packed, giving your furbabies more time to settle and allowing me to do a more thorough clean between sessions (in case there are any clients with pet-hair allergies). 

What if someone in my family is sick?

DO NOT COME! You can reschedule your session for any day between 18th - 26th Oct. If there isn't a date/time that works for you between those dates, Just let me know 48hrs in advance and I'll refund your session fee. 

What if I need to reschedule to a different time?

Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from my online calendar. There is a button on this email that allows you to reschedule to other available session times. 

Can I cancel?

A full refund is given if you notify me by email or text a minimum of 48 hours before your booked session.

Half refund is given if you have given less than 48 hours notice.

No refunds will be given for no-shows. 

What if I don't want the Christmas themed background?

Please book a 'Playful Studio Session', a 'Fine Art Portrait Session', or a 'Bushland Family Session' instead.

It says 'immediate family only', but we really want the grandparents to come. 

The Christmas sets aren't very large, we can just fit 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Also with the tight time limit, it will be a stretch to for the kids to have photos with their parents and grandparents separately. If you REALLY want to have grandparents coming as well, it would be a good idea to book two sessions back to back, so that we can have one session for kids + parents and one session for kids + grandparents. Even then, it would be a tight fit to do a big family photo with grandparents + parents + kids. If that's what you are really after, please book a 'Playful Studio Session', a 'Fine Art Portrait Session', or a 'Bushland Family Session' instead.

Can I purchase additional photos?

Yes. Additional photos will be available at $35 each. 

I have three kids, do I need to book the longer session?

No. 10 minutes should be sufficient to get a photo of the family, a sibling shot, and individual photos for each of the kids. However, if you plan to purchase additional photos, then the longer session will end up being the better value.
